MARGIE Personal Trainer

Margie Ricchio has been helping clients reach their fitness goals for over 13 years. She obtained a BS from Penn State in kinesiology, a MSA from West Chester in sport and athletic administration and is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer through the Strength and Conditioning Association. With her weekly clients, Margie works on pre and post rehabilitation, weight loss goals and overall conditioning and muscular strength. Using unique techniques, it is a passion to watch people progress and achieve their personal best, which is why her training clients have been with her for years. When she’s not training others, Margie enjoys strength training, road races and obstacle/endurance races.

BRIAN Personal Trainer

Brian Hill has been a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer for over 20 years, specializing in training athletes and aiding those with personal training goals. As a magna cum laude graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, Brian uses his expertise in metabolic conditioning, aerobic conditioning and strength training to achieve specific results for each client. In addition to utilizing his traditional implements, Brian employs non-traditional approaches during his sessions; working out with the use of tires, sledgehammers, battling ropes and medicine balls for maximum effectiveness. Brian loves teaching and leading his grueling boot camp fitness classes, he personally participates in running, dualathalon and obstacle and adventure races.
